Botanical Name: Juglans nigra

Black walnut hulls are used to expel intestinal worms. The Chinese use it to kill tapeworms.

Its depurative action helps to excrete wastes making it useful for constipation and chronic skin problems, it is also used externally for skin complaints such as excema, psoriasis and herpes. External applications have been known to kill ringworm.

To make a decoction use 5g black walnut to 200ml water, bring to boil and simmer 20 min.
